   Name, email, the figure you have in mind, and what you would do with the domain. It goes to the listing agent. It is not posted.

2. 02

   One-page agreement

   If the number is real, both sides sign a short purchase agreement. The asset is the domain unless that agreement explicitly adds something else.

3. 03

   Escrow, then the push

   You fund a third-party escrow (Escrow.com is the usual desk for this). The name moves by registrar push or auth code. Funds release after you control it.
